WeeDoo is our short term for “WE DO IT FOR YOU” it is a web platform that aims to give convenience to businesses and its customers using a QR code in their mobile devices. This is oursolution for businesses to,any kind ofrestaurants, coffee shops, hotels, theme-parks, resorts and to any related establishment for socialdistancing.

It is an online application platform that enables customers toscan a QR code and access establishment menu using their own mobile device. It simply allows customers to easily make an orderinstantly at the store. Once theorder is confirmed, thecustomer just need to wait for their food to beserved. It is equipped with all the functions we need to have a very convenient unique ordering and dining experience.

WEEDOO - PRODUCT AND SERVICES

1. On-Premise Mobile Ordering: Your customer do not need to go into long queues just to make an order to the cashier counter. Just allow them to scan the QR code to choose his/her order and pay. Customer will be notified via SMS TEXT when their order is ready to serve.

2. Table Ordering : No longer wait for the waiter just to take customer orders. Customer just need to scan the QR code on their table to view the menu and to make an order. Once the order is placed, your establishment will be notified on each sales order via WeeDoo - Order Management System installed either in any of your Tablet, Smartphone, or Desktop.

3. Park and Order : Allow your customer to make an order while they are in your parking area. And deliver it to their vehicle for your customer safety and convenience. You can easily deliver the order because of their basic information like customer name, vehicle type, vehicle plate no., vehicle color and mobile number.

4. Delivery and Pickup : Receive Orders from outside by only showing your QR code and sharing your menu link to the public near in your establishment vicinity. You can show your QR code and menu link together with your advertisement either online (via social media) or offline (via poster ads).

5. Waiters App : Not all customers have internet and stable connection. But you can always get their orders using your waiters’ tablet and smartphone. With this innovation, waiter can take and attend more customers without leaving other customers for new orders.

6. Pickup Only : Allow your customers to maximize their time to make an order in advance for pickup. With this method, your establishment can have lot of virtual location to receive orders.

7. With Customer Feedback form : Easily get customer feedbacks without asking them to fill-up your form. This platform has a built-in feedback form where your customer can easily rate their experience in your establishment.

8. Accept Credit card / Debit card / Gcash / Grabpay / C.O.D and Over The Counter cash payment : A one stop solution, where all orders can be paid in a single platform. Customer can pay via Card and E-Wallets. Either way they can also pay using cash via PAY OVER THE COUNTER (O.T.C) after order has been made or via cash again when CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D) is selected for delivery method. And soon will be on-boarding PayMaya and other payment methods.

9. Equip with Order Management System : All orders must have the facility to manage it. Our solution comes with Order Management System where it displayed all orders for processing. This system handles the customer notification for any status of the orders. (Please Note: All received order must still need to punch in your POS system for the official receipts and order dictation to your kitchen).
